Individual Counselling
In-person and online
Individual counselling is available in Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant and East Vancouver. I offer 50-minute sessions both online and in-person. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, these sessions can be covered by your insurance provider, but please ensure that your plan covers counselling. The rate is $157.
Couples Counselling
In-person only
Couples counselling is available in Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant and East Vancouver. Couples counselling appointments are 80 minutes. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, these sessions can be covered by your insurance provider but please check the details of your plan to be sure. The rate is $225.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Outdoors in nature
Outdoor counselling or walk and talk therapy is available at Pacific Spirit Park near UBC and Trout Lake Park in East Vancouver. These appointments are more commonly offered in the spring, summer and fall due to the weather, but I'm open to winter walks if it's not raining. These sessions can be covered by your insurance provider as a regular individual counselling session would be. The rate is $157.
